Corporate Account Data: Work email, organizational roles, and API credentials.
Telemetry & Usage Data: Architectural metrics, latency logs, and workflow execution states required to ensure True HA (Capability Continuity).
Configuration Data: System-level constraints and guardrail configurations defined by your administrators.

2. Enterprise Data Insulation

We operate on a strict data isolation policy. Neai Labs guarantees the following concerning your proprietary data:

Your enterprise workflow data, knowledge bases, and interaction logs are never used to train foundational public models.
Data is processed in isolated, dedicated tenant environments.
All runtime states and Evidence Chains are stored securely and cryptographically verified.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process the collected telemetry and account data extending only to what is required to provide the Service:

To provision, maintain, and authenticate enterprise API access.
To enforce the Agentic Constitution (True Inescapable Guardrails).
To provide technical support and issue resolution.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell enterprise data. We may share necessary infrastructure routing data with our certified sub-processors (e.g., Google Cloud, Vertex AI) strictly for the purpose of executing your autonomous workflows under compliant SLAs.

5. Security & Compliance

We employ enterprise-grade security mechanisms, adhering to industry standards for encryption at rest and in transit. Our agents are structurally bound by hard, system-level safety guardrails that are architecturally impossible to bypass.
